mod_access.so missing in apache 2.2.19? Check This!

Hi there admins, Today I spend an hour figuring out why the “Order” directive in apache 2.2.19 resulted in errors. Knowing that “Order” was previously provided by “mod_access.so” i started my quest in figuring out why that module was missing. What did i find?
